At Kids N’ All, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please fill out a Return Form or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all relevant details and your order number. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and we will contact you to advise the nearest location to return your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories (if any). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use
Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines to be fair and consistent.
Once we receive your package, it usually takes 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to process it, and another 7 business days for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account (debit card). If you haven’t received a refund even after that, please check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will know about your return.
Return the unused product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up), and your RMA#. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
